The product’s use is the sole responsibility of the buyer and it is advisable to check any local regulations, authorising bodies or conformity rules etc., to ensure their suitability.
The mirror finish of the stainless may vary slightly between letters. Any product must be checked for any faults or defects before fixing we will not be responsible for any once fixed. If it is required to remove a product once fixed for any reason we do not accept any consequential loss or damage in doing this. Correct application and care of the product is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Stainless steel
can be sharp, care must be taken when handling it, cutting it, where it is fixed, any exposed edges etc.

All goods remain the property of Tech Stainless Global Ltd until fully paid for.
Our Stocks
We endeavour to keep high stock levels but if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order quickly we will email you and tell you when the items will be produced or available, alternatively we can offer an immediate refund and you can re order the items at a later date.
Payments
Our Credit and Debit card payment processing sites are in secured areas managed by PayPal and Worldpay.
Delivery Times
We aim to despatch goods within 3 days except on weekends/bank holidays. Delivery of goods is dependent on Royal Mail.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are automatically calculated by the weight/packaging of the products ordered in the shopping cart for you and dependant on the area where you live. Additional charges apply for Channel Islands, Ireland and Scottish Isles/Borders or delivery outside the UK

Returning Goods
If for any reason you wish to return any faulty goods we are happy to accept any returns within 7 days after you receive them and they must be unused (ie no adhesive applied. Please email us at info@techstainless.com with your request.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you should notify us that you wish to cancel your order and a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges.
If you should choose to return a product, the return delivery costs will be borne by you. However, if you are returning the product(s) due to a fault, the return costs will be borne by us.

We cannot be held responsable for incorrect size orders, we ask for you to make sure the letters will fit before ordering.
Damaged /Faulty goods:
On receipt of your order the goods must be carefully inspected for any defects/faults and you must notify us within 3 days on receipt of the goods by email at: info@techstainless.com On return of the goods a full refund will be given or goods will be replaced. However, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods and we accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the supply of faulty goods
We are consumers too! We respect your rights as a consumer and aim to do everything in our power to ensure that your experience dealing with us is enjoyable.
Value Added Tax
Currently we do not charge VAT as we are not VAT registered.
