LED Illuminated Lettering

After dusk our edge lit LED/Fibre Optic letters come into their’ own with a blue or white ambient glow that will give your sign that unique look from just £21.49. They are illuminated by their own long life low voltage high intensity LED light emitter safely tucked away from the elements and we use Fibre Optics to illuminate the letters.  Using highly energy efficient LED technology the power consumption is incredibly low.   The self stick option gives an edge lit glow while the stand-off version also illuminates to the rear. For ease of installation each illuminated letter requires one or two small holes for the fibre optics that are then hand screwed into its own LED light source.

LED/FIBRE OPTIC LETTERING SPECIFICATIONS

• Light transmitting 5mm acrylic layer, gasket sealed and embedded with the fibre optics.
• As they were designed initially as illuminated boat lettering they are waterproofed to survive even harsh marine environments.
• 12v or 24v DC but can be mains powered by using a LED transformer (widely available).
• Very low power consumption
• LED life expectancy 50,000 hours
• Each letter comes with its own light emitters and 1 mtr of cable.
